Frequently asked questions
Common questions about connecting Transistor to the tools you already use.
If you use the built-in Transistor podcast website, you can connect your email service provider and collect email signups directly from your show pages. We currently integrate with MailChimp, Drip, HubSpot, Kit (formerly ConvertKit), MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, and Klaviyo.
New subscribers are added to your chosen provider automatically, so you can keep growing your newsletter list while you publish episodes.
Transistor has official apps on both Zapier and Make. Once you connect your Transistor account, you can build automations that use triggers like "Episode Published" or "New Subscriber," and actions like "Create Subscriber."
For example, you can post to Slack when you publish a new episode, add new subscribers to a spreadsheet, or sync your audience with hundreds of other apps — all without writing any code.
Yes. Transistor can automatically transfer each new episode to your YouTube channel, and auto-post every new episode to your Bluesky profile with the share link. Replies to those Bluesky posts can even appear as comments on your podcast website.
You set it up once in your dashboard under Integrations, and Transistor handles the posting each time you publish.
No. Every integration is designed to be set up without code. Email marketing, YouTube, and Bluesky connections are enabled with a few clicks in your dashboard, and automation platforms like Zapier and Make let you connect Transistor to thousands of other apps using their visual, no-code builders.
